A small parcel was fermented and aged in older French oak to add texture and palate weight

with the canopy pruned so the fruit rests close to the earth

Juicy and ripe on the palate, with flavours of orange, tangerine and yellow apple. Lovely concentration here, very nicely balanced, finishing with bright acidity and lingering lemon and a lick of spice and herb. A lesson in purity!
